microsoft word has a template.
it needs;
college qualifications (what, where, when)
all your gcse grades, and a levels
employment history
a couple of non family members as referees
have a look on google, that'll have loads of examples.

As a general rule, keep it to 2 sides max, because otherwise people might not want to read it if its too long, as they might have loads to read...
