They conducted a recent survey and asked customers who purchased their v3 phone how they found it and would they buy again...
78% said NO 
Personally i dont get why people find any phone hard to use, motorolas get a bad press but they arent that bad. But clearly they have got to have a rethink and sort their menu's out

I have a V3 and its starting to have frequent problems, like occainsionally the screen goes completely white and the phone locks up for 30 seconds or so. Think is starting to get more frequent now

between my family we have had more than 10 V3's as theyve broken so easily!
They sent my mum a new V3i the other day and it wouldnt work straight out the box. So Im guessing most wont want another due to shit build quality.

Every phone has problems, i had a v3 and it was fine never went wrong and ive got a pebl and thats fine too, dad had a v3 up untill may and no problems too.
The more "budget" moto's for eg (v220 v235 v545 etc etc) Are probably the most common faulty phones we get back

the only good thing about the razr is it looks sleek when closed and the keypad is nice and easy to use
the menu system is shite, and all the features are usually sub-standard to the rivals equivalent models

I don't know how they sell any phones at all.
It's one of the worst user interfaces i've ever seen.

absolutely summed up what i was gonna say. seems like theyre 5yrs behind all the other manufactures. a phone shouldnt be that much effort to use. im preying they go bankrupt! (or start making decent phones...)

every single person i know that has had a v3 have had non stop problems with them, how they possibly manage to survive having to replace phones 3 times over i'll never know

My Gf had a V3 and it was shite, worked perfect for about 2 weeks then just started going wrong. Got worse and worse now its in the bin.
