Whats the best way to make them better

Aint been to the doctors...but sure they bruised as i can see a red mark on them... it hurts!

nothing you can do i cracked a couple ribs before and went hospital and theres nothing they can do you just have to suffer it for a few weeks

no sleep, scared to cough and sneeze, even laughing is agony...
