I live in between Pompey and scum and i too have looked at property share schemes. There not that great to be honest. check this website out www.homesinhants.co.uk
I nearly took a job in hook which is a 100 mile round journey. its a fair old distance.

Think im going to just buy outright now. I dont want to own 30% of my place, I want it all. Once you include rent and service charges its sometimes no cheaper than a 100% mortgage.
