Anyone done this before??

We have been thinking about chopping in her & my car & just having 1 better car. Jades not passed her test yet & her mini is not ideal for learning in & its costly to keep on the road.

Thinking about a VW Polo GTi

We want a black one, lowered a bit with nice alloys

Think I want to keep petrol..we wont be doing daft enough miles to warrent owning a diesel + I can nick my olds A4 for luggage chugging

Do you think you will encounter any problems?? wee things like not always having the car, could get stuck, parking dints....wheel scuffage...having to adjust the seat every time you get in

Not at all, I like the cars they produce but then I look over at the mother companies & think the same car they produce looks tones better

I quite like the Octavia VRS but I think if it came to look at buying one id take an A4 1.8 T instead
