Ive done this but got rear ended funnily though, no damage at all to either cars which was lucky, although (even though could say it was my fault) I still got out and had a go at her for hitting me when i seen there was no damage I just got off

they are silly really cos u could be doing 30mph and the are lights green and you get so close that it would be near enough impossible to stop, and when then it goes amber you get fucked over with points and fine as you have no way of stopping in time.

i was always told in my driving lessons that if your approaching a set of traffic lights always slow a little in case they change, however when you get so close to them and they change and it would be dangerous to slam on the brakes, you should just carry on through! by the way what do these cameras look light on these lights, are they small black ones that sit directly above the light?

I believe the small black ones on the lights are the sensors, which detect if cars are coming up to the traffic lights so they can change. not 100% sure though.
