oOrdered a new phone which i recieved a note through the post to go and collect. Drove 40 mintues to collect parcel only to find i have to give a days notice to collect it ( says this no where on the card i recieved ) Try calling them to arrange collection, could not get through to someone for two days, finally got through and arranged collection for today 8 Day's after it had first arrived to me when i was not in.
Got there Tonight to collect the parcel, only to be told the IDIOTS have sent it back to orange because they cant hold it for longer than 7 days, so my phone which i have sold to someone as a new phone which it is i am now on hold to orange to retrieve as well as wasting about 12 pounds in petrol going back and forth. Also WHY tell me i can collect it if they new it would be sent back a day before.
Wrote a letter of complaint into the head office not that anything will come of it.
Anyone else had trouble with Parceline or Orange ?
Sorry for the rant just very very angry
