Hitachi are making some excellent HD LCD's. certainly better picture quality than samsung, sony, pioneer and all the other low-end garbage etc etc nice one

Downstairs we Have a Hitatchi Plasma we got a couple of years ago, I recently bought a Samsung 26" LCD Digital HD ready TV and even though I am well pleased with the Samsung the Hitatchi is better

But that can't be true, Samsung spend more money on advertising than Hitachi, thus making thier products better

samsung arent bad by any regards, they are just being trumped by a lesser known TV brand, which also happens to be cheaper. i would buy Hitachi simply because i can get a 50" HD LCD for about $3000, or 1200 quid
