Ive been in a VTs and it was quite nippy i liked it, but it was incredibly rattly and a bit basic.
I have sat in a xsara VTS but not been in one on the road, seemed much nicer inside but still had that french cheapness to the plastics, i also accidently pulled off some seat trim trying to adjust the seat
Id probably vote xsara as its bigger therefore much more grownup and im guessing alot more refined

The dash is pretty plasticy as you say Jambo. Brilliant engine though, very responsive.

That engine in a Saxo would be the french equivilent of a Corsa with a Red Top.
I bet it would go well too.

In my personal opinion I'd go for a Saxo VTS, I just think thier as standard. Will look hot after lowing it too. I dont think VTS's are chavy atall, it's the more basic models that have that apperance.
