After ages of not listening to my radio in the car because i thought the bee sting was shit!! I have finally sorted the radio out and can listen to it properly!
After reading some posts on here about the corsa aeriel having an amplifier in the base of it and it being switched on via the remote wire, I decided to take a look at the headunit wiring out the back, and being a pioneer the blue remote lead had bullets to connect it to the iso block, I hadnt connected it up so that the date would work,
So I connected it and switch on the head unit to my surprise the radio signal was instantly good! I disconnected the wire whilst the radio was on just to make sure there was a drop in quality yes there was!
So basically dont disconnect your blue remote wire from the iso block if you are planning on listening to the radio in your car! All i need to do now is find the wire on the MFD that I need to cut in order to get the date displayed on thier whilst the radio is on,
