why arnt you working your legs with the weight program? big mistake that a lot of people make, you really should work your legs.

Even if its just squats and no isolation excersises.

Thats not good , you will do more damage than good , you should only work that one muscle group hard once a week.

Muscles grow when they are healing , you are not giving them chance to heal.

yes also a point your overtraing by a long shot, should only hit mucle groups once or twice a week, with days inbetween for rest, mucles dont grow in the gym they grow in the kitchen and the bed.

Guys I dont think hes doing any EXTREME weights and weight gain / muscle mass isnt what he is setting out to do..

Hes setting out to tone up, get healthier and get a little bit of shape out of it..

Which is what hes doing well

i dont do this every day.. just durin the week.

at weekend i just do CV.. and if any muscle doesnt feel right i wont work on it that day.. so if my triceps feel a little tender i will wait till they feel fine again.

have noticed a huge difference already.. been doing this poroperly for about 1 1/2 months
