Chelle, if its a private road then you can park anywhere you like. Unless its stated on the road that certain houses have allocated spaces then i wouldnt worry

Just sounds like some prick who is intolerant, and wants 'his' space outside of 'his' house

I have exactly the same in that there are 5 houses on my road, enough room for say 8 cars but we have a chinese down the end so people park all up our road and there is nothing we can do unless i try to get the council to start a residents only parking thing, which i have already tried and they wont do.

Put it this way, if your road is full apart from the space outside his house, and its pouring with rain then park outside his, if it isnt then park somewhere else

If anything happens to your car call the police and explained that he has threatened yourself and your car in the past when you parked there.

If you want an easy life then do as he says, if your like me and think people shouldnt intimidate each other over such trivial things as parking spaces then get your car, and all of your mates to park in a row outside his house.

my mates next door neighbour used to complain about me parking on the road outside his house, he then complained to my mates dad about it (who happens to be quite high up in the local council) who told him politefully to fuck off, he had no right to be telling me off for it.
