The G4's come with a red LED, and the G5's with a blue LED.
I personally prefer G4 alarms, prior to Clifford being owned by Directed. However, they are improving.

The blue lights are silly bright too, it's quite annoying actually as it draws attention to the car.

They can be ok if they're mounted flush, without the bevel. Plus its not as obvious then what alarm you have.

Is that flush fitted, or is it raised?
I fitted my brother's in the same place on his corsa, but with the bevel.

You can fit them flush with the panel.. drill the hole using a 17/64 inch sized drill bit & mount the LED from behind.
Looks much cleaner.
