firm handshake when you meet, keep eye contact when they are speaking. Give examples of stuff you have done in the past to answer questions.

Just talk to them about stuff, if they ask u a question dont JUST answer the question but talk more in depth

Ask how well the business is doing and how the long term plans work. they'll see you have genuine interest and you want to be with them for a long time.
