saw an add in max power a few months ago for a company that did custom steel wheels that were very wide in a number of sizes up to et 13. any body know the suppliers name or website

dont have a picture at the minute-

all i can say is that if you know them they look like the mk2 golf gti steel wheels but bigger round holes and a hell of alot bigger dish and wider in either 13/14 or 15's.

no, i meant 'Image wheels'

they make custom split rims.

weller arent legal for road use cos there banded. R and A design do 8x15inch steelies that are legal tho

Sounds an awesome plan, I fancied putting 14" steelies on my Corsa instead of the Astra GTE rims I had planned. But wanted some a bit wider and better looking. Let me know if you find anything

will do earl- have a look on the weller website- they are very nice. i might just risk it with them but not sure yet. could do with finding the ad i saw!!!!

it was R&A design that was doing them unfortunately.

r&a have gone out of business and they were the only place doing the 15x8'' steelies because weller were making them specially for r&a
