i used to hate it, would only drink tea.

but i've gone off tea now, as in my last job someone would be making tea every 10 minutes.

i like coffee now, but it has to be milky and sugary.

does coffee actually work in keeping you awake/less sleepy?

I'm considering starting to drink it again.

If you haven't got a high caffeine tolerance it would probably do quite well in keeping you awake.

I've been drinking coffee since I was about 8 and it makes absolutely no difference to how tired I feel.

a cup of coffee does the same as a can of red bull, apparently.

so in my case, nothing.

Cup of fresh coffee has about 160mg of caffeine in it, instant only has about half that iirc.
Whats a can of red bull?

80mg in a red bull John, same as a cheap instant coffee.

but like you say, its all down to your tolerance levels.

red bull/coffee/coca cola do nothing for me, but i know people who go mental if they have any.

Agreed it doesn't do alot to me, probably because of how much I drink it

I find coke perks me up though

I snorted pro plus on the way to the airport to ibiza as I was fucked, it didn't help just gave me a headache

I didn't seriously think it would be any different to just eating some but it was about the tone that was set for the whole week tbh

I'm not really a coffee fan...will drink it sometimes, and I like a milky coffee...but prefer tea

If I drink too much coffee it makes me feel like I'm having a heart attack
