on the tyre front the best size would be 195/45/16

also if you go too low the handling will suffer

Bilstein get very good reviews. I wouldn't go more than 40mm drop if your bothered about ride quality.

my corsa seemed to handle pretty crap on the softstars. thinks its probably because they are only 6 inches wide. my car is much better on what i have now-
8inch rears and 7 inch fronts

dave- what are your thoughts on the whiteline rear arb or dont you have one?? think im going to be investing in a set of b12's soon

the b12's are the new version of the sprintline kit. I would save my money and get the sprintline kit personally, quite a bit cheaper.

whiteline rear is good, feels a lot sharper on tight corners with it fitted.

is there any point getting a front one for my sport?

am i right in thinking that the gsi's had a thicker front arb than on the 1.6 sport?

the gsi ones were quite thick. I have no arb on mine, prefer the way it handles without it.

GSi had a 24mm front ARB compared to the 22mm found on the Sports. Whiteline do a 30mm bar for both.
