I have just sold an item on ebay the problem is the buyer is in the US and the ad on ebay clearly states it is only available to the UK. The buyer has also not even payed the correct postage to the UK. What should i do?

Just follow the instructions for a non paying bidder, as it allows you to say that "buyer comes from a country that I do not ship to"
You'll get your fees back

My god americans are thick, he sent payment back 4 times then he finally decides to read 1 of the many emails explaining why i refunded him. At least I got the final value fee back.
