Dont tell me that the customer service number isnt working when i have phoned it 3 times today. And pleeeeease dont make me make a fool out of you by ringing it infront of you.

i hate every one, i used to work in a call centre for vodafone part time through college ;

i swear the ammount of times i have heard customers rinning up and telling me, "ive been in the queue for an hour, i want compensation".

I could see exactly how long every one has been in the queue for and it was never usually longer than 3 mins.

I deal with clients who lie all day, i take it as part of the job... ive actually just had one about 20 minutes ago who told me computers rarely have problems

She just didnt want to have to deal with the problem and cos i didnt go awwwwwwww ill do it for you (which i cant even if i wanted to) then she got annoyed. I hate people who lie about shit like that.

The usual is my bills are like £200 a month!! (check bill totals for £45, £61 and £67) Yeh jog on pal.

Jambo, when i worked in orange billing it was lie after lie after lie... it was a right laugh

a 200 quid a month bill in reality is 90+VAT

come to think of it every one lies not just customers, some one just came to view my car which is for sale and obviously had no intension of offering me a decent ammount of money for it.

he kept saying "ive already seen another one today better nick and a lot cheaper than yours", well why the fuck didnt he just go and buy the better one, like i would fall for some stupid lie like that.

when i worked in all sports a lady came in, with a pair of trainers she bought, they had black marks at the front.....she claimed this to be a manufactuers fault, and wanted her money back. i looked at them and said that's not a fault. she said she bought them like that.....i looked at the sole, they looked worn....i said, you've worn these? she said, yeah, once, last night, to a BBq.........

PMSL, i handed the trainers back to them and told her to go away (politley) after causing a fuss and making a scene, she threatend me and walked out

If people behave like twats then tell them to do one. The reason they probably act like pricks is because they've probably already been lied to or fucked over by customer services, especially now they've been shipped off to India.
