Right then..... I have taken the opportunity whilst my shell is out of my garage to get round to flocking the dash - hurray.

Prepped up the dash with a wipe down with white sprit, then got the atmosphere nice and humid with
a couple of kettles (electrostatic application works a whole lot better with humidity) and got the dash on
my workmate....

I then got on with the business of flocking and after lots of adhesive, flock and some application we have this ....

The pictures don't really do the flocking justice - its looking good ! Oh and I need to have a tidy up in my garage!!

The flock and professional 2 part adhesive came from a company called Central Blast Cleaning (look it up on google) . They will make up most bespoke colours for you. The electrostatic applicator came from the US

The flocking fibres will stay imbedded into the adhesive - hence the two part stuff I have used which gives a professional finish. Joff

I just though the corsa dash lent itself to having two binnicle domes. The two dashes is just purely for show - just so the passenger can see whats what!

They are wired in and work OK laid up - need to check things like revs, speed, temp etc.
