I've heard that you put them in the oven in order to get the casing off!!?!?!?!?! or is there other ways to get the case off the front!? once i'm in do i just spray evrything or should i mask off areas with tape?

Gas Mark 6 for 45 minutes should do the trick

Yep, they do this to Imprezas to get rid of the tango indicators.

and use some sort of adhesive to glue them back afterwards? areas to mark off for spraying?

I think they use silocone sealant.

what areas shouldnt be sprayed?
