I need to find an address of my sisters dad who moved to Ireland and haven't heard from since, not got much to go on, know his name, what he does for a living (plasterer) and got his irish numberplate. Anyone know how i could find his address? Tried irish phonebooks online but can't find anything.

Anyone know the Southern Ireland equivalent for the DVLA as i could maybe get details from there as you can buy info off DVLA over here?
