Just haveing a conversation with my mate about this and we were undecided if its legal or not?

It's legal 100%

Sky can't do anything about it either, apparently this is going to catch on more and more and eventually something maybe done to change it.

A pub locally was showing it and a sky representative grassed them up, they ended up going to court over it and nothing was prooved to be wrong.
