Going to open a PayPal account soon but not sure what sort of bank account ect i would need?

I have a normal bank account never use the thing as i have never had the need to use it would i be able to use the account?

as long as you have either a debit card or credit card with that account.... or the account can deal with direct debits you can use that account mate..... if you check the paypal site it will tell you just what type of accounts can be used am sure.

Not sure what my card can do ect Had it for years but never had the need to use the thing

Is your card a Switch/Solo/Meistro?

99% of accounts will handle direct debits, you'll be fine matey.

you need access to the account to tell paypal what the 2 amounts they deposit in your account were, like a security check.

and like Antz says, pretty much whatever account you have, it'll work with Paypal
