who can i use to transport an engine across the country on pallet??...
what sort of price will i be looking at, roughly 300miles?

You need to pallet it up. It's something like £80 odd for a pallet. Speak to someone like pallet force.

I have used parcel fusion before for odd stuff including a full size (albeit folded up :lol caravan awning. Blinking heavy too.

You could go on the web site to see if they do this sort of stuff?

Try DHL. By far the cheapest palletised mover of pallets in the UK.

You may need to get it to a depot.
