if i cancel someones bid on an item will it stop them from bidding again. i want to stop a user bidding again cos its a nigerian user

you can block a specific user from bidding.

Not too sure mate, go into your ebay and look at the seller options down the left hand side, sure I seen it in there somewhere.

and you can also change your settings in 'My ebay' and accept only paypal registered bidders and more than 2 feedback

ive had to block a few people from bidding on my items and left them block.
