about to do a service on my 1.2 16v B, has 77k miles and wondering if i should use engine flush or not? From what i have read i shouldnt as it can loosen the crud thats basically holding my engine together
Also, oil-wise, decent 10W40 fully synth (castrol) will be good enough?
And is there anything else i need other than spark plugs, oil/air/fuel (never been done i dont think) filter?
Car has been regulary serviced at either vaux or a local garage and this year deciding to do it myself as they wwant 125 quid for the job when parts seem to be 25 quid all in
cheers guys

Personally, I wouldn't use flush. My cousin did this and his car give up.
10/40 Semi is what i would use. The parts you have listed are fine.
