hello..

flats again..

Wanting to buy a flat to rent out. Wanting if possible to make the biggest gains possible:

So....

Where are up and coming areas?

Idealy edinburgh would be best. Close to manage, sort probs out etc. BUT edinburgh is pricey so looking at 120+ really for a 1bdrm flat, and about 500 a month rent.

So... cheap to buy, max profit in say 5 years ??!? where

students are more likely to live in bigger 3/4bdroom flats to be honest. I cannot afford that really.

Glasgow is an option though. Are these locations in glasgow central, or a fair hike out?

Adam, look at an area called Colinton mains, it's in between colinton and an area called Oxgangs, you could get a 3 bedroom house there for 120k.

Really close to a tesco, bus routes and napier university
