Just got back of holiday to find my company are reducing everyones hrs by 1/2 an hr a day

I have a contract that states how many hrs I do and what days I do them

Can they legal reduce my hours

There'll be a clause in your contract that states they can make changes to your contract, given a certain amount of notice (usually a month or thereabouts).

Just found out Im not effected, thank god

and they have given 90 days notice
