They are quite good but if can be avoided dont wear them day and night only wear them contininously if you really have to like if you stay round someones etc.

A girl at work was wearing them and from where she clubs so much they went yellow and in the end ruptured her eyelids due to over wear.

They are great none the less if you need to wear them for long hours.

I wear CL...take mine out every night and replace with a new set once a month..

Tried the ones you keep in but found them uncomfortable to wear..plus I kinda like taking mine out at the end of the day as it feels good to let the air get at them...

Those monthly continuous CLs cant be good for your eyes surely...I know there designed to be worn that much but they still starve your eyes of oxygen...

I wear the continuous lenses. Theres only 2 brands of these special lenses in UK so far. One has a blueish tint and thicker and the ones i wear are clear and thinner.

I've been wearing them throughout the whole month and only take them out when the month is up. I've been doing this for the past 3yrs.
But after an minor eye infection a few months back, i now wear them on and off. Not only to give my eye a rest, but to remove any particuals under the lens that may rub and cause infection.

These lenses i'd recommend to anyone. They are much comfortable and (so they say) absorb MORE oxygen than ordinary lenses.

You may worry at first wearing them to sleep, but when you wake up, you will have 20/20 vision. Feels great
