I don't just mean dirty, I mean covered in mud. Completly covered.

My mate said it was, personally I think hes talkin bull-shit. Thought i'd double check tho...

Just bought a Ford ( ) Escort as a cheap run- around, and it's a tad muddy

as long as the windows, numberplates and lights are clean it dont matter

what jake said, but an MoT station can refuse to test it if its too dirty.
