a 3x3x3 Rubiks cube has 43,252,003,274,489,856,000 or 43 quintillion possible permutations, but 519,024,039,293,878,272,000 or 519 quintillion possible combinations
the Professors Cube
this has 282,870,942,277,741,856,536,180,333,107,150,328,293,127,731,985,672,134,721,536,000,000,000,000,000,000 possible combinations and was cracked by Frank Morris in 5minutes 37secs. there is no super-computer in the world that can process that fast, not even Blue Gene

apparently, the MDGRAPE-3 supercomputer from Japan is now the fastest on earth, although it is incapable of running the TOP500 benchmark software, it manages 1petaflops per sec, which is 10x15 calculations. the Professors Cube is that complicated that it would take the MDGRAPE-3 around 3 hours to crack it took Frank Morris 5 minutes

Still got my original one I bought when they came out.
Missing a piece from one of the times I took it apart though.
Also lost the special case it came in.
