Dont you only get a certain amount of time to leave feedback?? 24 hours or something?? If so, just wait until 23mins & 50 mins have gone, leave back feedback then she wont be able to leave you any cos there wont be any time left

if you have not paid thru paypal allready then she cannot know whether it is beinbg posted or not so she has no right to charge you.
Does it give collection as an option in the delivery section? if it does then it shud say a price (usually nothing) to colect!!

Tell her you at no point instructed her to box it up & write your address on it....she has assumed it was to be sent & that you will agree to her £8 collection fees if she agrees to your £15 petrol fees!!
