My girlfriends Y-reg Saxo is cursed.

Every month at least one thing goes wrong on it.

Last month it kept stalling when idling and lost nearly all power when driving along.

Month before that the rear window decided to blow up.

The brakes practically stopped working as one of the brake cylinders went.

The alternator decided to stop working and now the new one whines all the time. Been back to the garage and they reckon its normal but it wasn't like that before.

The power steering pump went.

All of this in the past 7 months. Its a total joke! And before that there was other things but there have been that many I really cant remember them all

She is getting rid at the start of next year when she has some money saved up and is getting a Corsa 1.3 CDTi so hopefully that will be better.

Cant understand why things keep going wrong on it as other people dont seem to have these problems one after another and hers is quite well looked after!

This month's problems were that the clutch cable snapped right in the main street of the town I live in so I had to tow her out the way with my mums car. This morning the bolt that holds the spare wheel cage up under the car fell off while she was driving along so that was dragging along the road. Nobody has even been anywhere near the spare wheel recently to not have tightened it up properly so dont know how its happened! I was in bed when she rang so I told her to tie it up with something for now

Just all little things but its one thing after another and its turning into a money pit for her
