I was thinking of moving head unit 7 " flip out screen, from below heater control and putting it on top of dash where heads up is, anyone done this and how hard is it?, any pictures?

Yes ive done it.
You have to chop away at the airvents, and also relocate the hazard switch, and also move the power cables etc up to the top.
