Ive got an interview on Tuesday for a job as a Trainee Manager, anyone got any tips for me to shine Really really want this job...

Lol I dont know ive tried to find out on the internet but I cant find the company, Its called Excite Limited. I just seen it on the jobcentre site and applied cos I hate my job and I want a shirt n tie job

I guess I could be classed as a manager although I am a partner in the business.

Its pretty easy, if its retail, be prepared for people to moan at you. just tell them to G TF. dont know if you would get away with that though like I do

Im a manager
different companies have different ideas around management prioritys but i guess the main thing is time management and team building skills

I'm an ICT/Network manager in a school

They'll ask you questions about job prioritys, people management, how to deal with situations such as

Dealing with staff conflicts
Time management as kerry says
Maybe budget holding/spending

as a recruitment consultant I give out these tips all the time to ensure I get my commision

speak clearly
eye contact
be enthusiastic
research the job thoroughly

quite obvious stuff but a few pointers none the less

probably mate, best to think about your personal attributes and answers to the above questions anyway. e.g. if they ask you about budgets say stuff about monitoring costs closely, keep records etc.

I cant research the job because I dont even know what the company is?

Thanks for the pointers this is what im looking for... I think its going to be like an open interview rather than a one-on-one as she said il need an A4 pad and a pen

make some phone calls and find out what the company is bud, that shows enthusiasm and then you can look the company up and impress them with all your knowledge
