i've bought myself a run around 1.5 TD for £170 but its a shocker, really really slow.

So, what have you guys done to this model to get the power up? any ideas/experiences be greatly appreciated

With the mods done in the engine tuning section you should see about 100bhp

cheers adam, any ideas of what ppl have done to get it over 100bhp? don't want it to be heard, so cold feed, exhaust and decat are out of the question, prefer more stealth!!!

ok, i uprated it to 1,2bar. it kept releasing through the dump consectively and slowing it down...

so i put a piece of wood between the valve and the egine so it couldn't open to release and its pretty quick!!! got a 1/4 time of 17 secs which aint bad as its still slow before the turbo kicks in, it also keeps up with my mates bravo hgt 155

...not sure how long before i blow it up though!

i have no probs blowing up k series engines.

if your using a 1.5td as a fcuk about definately do these mods, from30mph it pulls like a train and must be quicker than vtrs et al. Handles like a barge though
