I dont think its a joke rob, looks like the sort of thing you would make for college in media or something. I think the filming and editing is quite good, and to be fair hes not actually really driving like a twat.

it was me... I couldn't go out the exit, the cars too low and there were are speed bumps down the ramp which would make it even more difficult and it just like the beach vid is just a muck around... "what can we do at half 1 in the morning?! i know! make a video!" and the only reason we went to the car park was because it was well lit!
