Just out of curiosity, what do people reckon is the fastest car you can purchase for the smallest ammount of money.

Any car, any suggestions.

need a max price range but a quick car on a small budget would be 205 gti,escort/ fiesta rs turbo, r5 gtt ect all around 1500 ish for one
