If you was to put a light spray of satin black spray onto a bulb, would this shine but dull?

i wud ave thought so .. but because the bulp gets hot the spray will flake off causing it look shit ..
Or it may trap heat and make ur bulb pop quickly

get glass spray or tinting spray (not sure wat stuff wud b better) especially for things like that.

black permanent marker- makes headlight buldbs look black when off but shine slightly blue
