As some of you might know im getting a range rover sport and i wasnt impressed with the audio upgrade so im going to get my own done.Does anyone have links to descent audio centres that install??

your gonna need a specialist, the dash is a pig to pull apart.

check local yellow pages, www.yell.com

before you hand your car over get then to show you some of thier work

range rover is a pig to pull apart and dont expext if your changing the headunit to be easy job at all. if its the sat nav etc etc

I might be able to keep the existing HU ,atleast i hope so.Dont want to be pulling it apart.hopefully it will have preout for amps??

it may do, if the hu is good and what you want then upgrading speakers etc is easyer,

even if it doesnt have a pre-out then you have the option on a amp for high input,. not the best mind but its an option

well a pre out is a un amplified signal so is clean and crisp signal

a high output has already gone throu the stereo's amp then it will go throu a aftermarlet amp so wont a as clean crisp signal

the supplying dealership would be best to recommend and arrange any upgrades to the stereo. Anything that involves cutting/splicing/modyfying the car loom will be frowned upon and the warranty could be void.
If they arrange it for you, they maybe more leniant with the warranty.
