Im looking at buying a car from a garage, Its just passed its MOT and been serviced although on the MOT it was advised that the brake pads will need changing very shortly.
How would this stand with the garage and the warranty etc?
If the brake pads needed changing 3 weeks later would that be convered under the warranty etc?

Brake pads/disks aren't usually covered by any warranty as they are consumable parts, same as tyres. I think NetworkQ warranty covers them though?
Anyway, just try and do a deal with the garage - you buy the car if they replace the pads, etc.
