Yes it is that, for the record, the movie isnt all that..

Wasnt worth the money in my opinion

Bad boys 2 was alot better in my opinion, I didnt feel like I could follow the movie for some reason, nothing seemed to make sense, also the camera work was awful, the filming of the actual gun fight seens was rubbish.. which was mainly just snips of the action from everyone and just a soundtrack played over the top, not even any gun noise.


I say see it if you have to, but i dont recommend it to anyone

Saw the trailers for it in Florida and TBH think it looked pretty good, will have to acquire it and see

This is what fucks me off - it looks like bad boys. What the hell has it got to do with Miami vice?

Anyone who has seen Miami vice, knows it's all about the sun, the cheesy 80's music and running about solving crime in a cool way.

The film miami vice looks too serious and intense, plus losing just about the whole 80's theming. Black guy in miami vice was a pansy, black guy in the movie is a hard nut, etc. Where's the 80's theme tune? etc

Just felt it was like 'right, we're making an action movie... like bad boys... ok.... I know lets tag on the name miami vice and get more publicity!' great.

hmm... think I just read on a site - the miami vice film is not set in 80's - it's set modern day... which explains a lot.

But imo that just backs up even more what I've said already, The film has nothing to do with miami vice, except for the name and is just a blatent way of trying to get more publicity / making more people go see it.
