right brother was in a car accident tonight, and goina be without his car for about a week. was goina get him insured on my car for the week, buuut in 2 months il have 2 years no claims and scared of losing this. do i have to add him on to my insurance for my car, or can he get insured on my car on his policy?

you'd have to add him to yours, otherwise, if he crashed, you could claim off both policies, which is illegal.
