a few
1: Wee shit smashed into the back of the supra. He was racing some other ned and braked to late and skidded into the back of my car.... stopped at red lights. His nove was in tatters, front end wrecked.... the supra just had a scuffed bumper. He sorted out by cash, or rather his dad did.
2: On my 19 birthday i was driving into town to go get pished. Small coutry roads, blind corners. Daft bint came speeding round..... saw me and locked up.... locked up meaning she now went straight. I tried my best to get out the way by going up the verge, but no.... she ploughed straight into my front wing. Got pics etc that clearly showed it as her fault. Insurance ruled in my favour. I have a hankering she was drunk.... and had her kids in the back.
3: In the syline on a roundabout in dundee. 4 exits. insidelane for first two, outside for 2,3 and 4..... same as all feckin roundabouts. I was exiting 2nd, and thought he would too.... but no.. the old guffer went all the way round ! I had seen this and stopped.... he proceeded to come across the front of me ripping the front of my car to bits with his wheel arch. wing/light/grill/bumper/bonnet all damaged. Insurance ruled in my favour.

see now thats debatable, i read a report that actually showed payouts from whiplash claims ect had fallen compared to previous years, however, did that translate into a reduction in premiums; of course not as insruance companies only want to please shareholders, so which eveer way you look at it regardless of bogus claims premiums will still rise as long as they can get away with it.

So if you got stopped by one of these people in the street, and "accidentally" got tripped up by one of them and injured, would you be able to take them to court and get injury money from them (in theory at least!)
I hate these companies with a passion I'm afraid!
