intresting read, i know what i first thought when i read this paragraph:-

Each couple was asked to spend 10 nights sleeping together and 10 apart while the scientists assessed their rest patterns with questionnaires and wrist activity monitors.

I sleep worse when my girlfriend stops over cos she tries to lie in the middle of the bed so I end up perched on the edge clinging onto the cover to stop myself falling out Then I wake her up and tell her to move!
