Yes it's been done before and I don't wana cause a fuss and neither am I tarring them all with the same brush BUT...
I've just got back in from one hell of a close miss with a cop car. I was going straight past a junction at 30 and I saw him inching forwards but didn't think much of it, next thing he jumps out into the road, forcing me to put my new brakes to the test. Why did he do it? Well I reckon the sandwhich he was eating might have had something to do with it
He flashed his hazards as a way of saying sorry I guess and drove on. It wouldn't have been so bad but they go around fining people for smoking etc while driving, well he nearly caused a nasty accident
Rant over

you should have flashed him repeatedly, then overtaken him, pulled him over, taken his officer number and reported him.

Oh why didn't I think of that
Anyway I doubt they would listen to a 17 year old over a police officer TBH.

Indeed, everyone makes mistakes. But if you really hate it get the reg of the car and report it, to be honest it could be a complete one off, or he could be an officer who already has a complaint made against him...
Least he flashed...

Really common in older generation cops.
Nowadays you wouldn't believe what new recruits have to go through to be allowed to drive a car.

I see it/things similar to it quite often so probably not, although they never nearly cause me to go into them.

I think the point is if it was Ry who pulled out and the policeman had to stop he would have definately pulled him over.
