Went down for couple hours and scoped it all out, looked at a different designed flat, same price but prefered the one i got.

Its not too close tho!! Nice brand new flats, so gona be skint furnishing it.

Prob gona take what i can get for now, as deposite and solicitors fee's etc gona rape me anyway.

Yeah I have a fair bit stuff and 2 tvs 3 stereo's a pc etc lol normal stuff.

But im in no rush long as I got kitchen ware, bed, tv and sofa im happy!

Yup thats cool i'll look to do that if I know a completion date.

I only need content insurnace tho as the rent for the flat covers building cover etc

If im right you might be legally bound to set up insurance before completion to show that its in place

For some reason i had to show that i had £100k worth of cover before we could complete
