nah, taking the piss, i took the springs out earlier to put in standard ones for a heavy load.
that must be about 130mm at least

Way too low, that's never only 30mm is it? 
Is it just me or does it bug you that the rear wheels never sit in the middle of the arch when you lower a mk4 Astra!
