Is a bastard

Got back from Florida at about 3pm yesterday. Flight was delayed 7 hours and the luggage never came out for an hour and a half. 7 flights came into the luggage area and there was literally no room to move, some guy with diabetic children jumped onto the top of the luggage carousel thing and then the police arrested him they were more interested in him being on it than the big crush that could have happened any minute.....

Anyway got some sleep last night after watching a few DVD's and been awake this morning since about 6 so hardly had any sleep but I feel fine funking jetlag! Guna take ages to get back into the UK time zone now

yes, I do understand that the flight is only 7hrs and that he went through different time zones, what I meant by my comment is that he is feeling jet lagged from only 2 weeks there and that he's "guna take ages to get back into the UK time zone now"...

what

jetlag is an immediate feeling of loss of time awareness because of sudden changes between day and night. nothing to do with how long the holiday was...

if you fly for 24 hours, it fucks up your body because you have essentially jumped forward/backward through timezones faster than your body clock can compute, so it does the only thing it knows and shutsdown, forcing you to relax and sleep

yes, the jetlag will take ages to go and him ages to adjust to uk time zone

jetlag: A temporary disruption of bodily rhythms caused by high-speed travel across several time zones typically in a jet aircraft.

ages?

i'm 'sure' he was explaining jet lagging

FFS
hope by the time he's ok, he doesn't need to go to france
